Job description

PhD and postdoctoral positions are available for successful candidates to join the Laboratory of Cancer Epigenetics (Brussels).
The candidates, which will work within a bioinformatic environment, will tackle integrative analysis of high-throughput transcriptomics and epigenomics data sets generated using cutting edge next-generation sequencing plateforms (available in host lab). Both fundamental and clinical aspects of human diseases will be addressed.
Postdoc position is funded for 2 years, with possible extension. Screening of applications begins immediately and continues until an outstanding candidate is selected.

Job requirements

Applicants should demonstrated proficiency in programming, and statistics and/or machine learning. Experience with sequence data, genomewide data sets (ChIPSeq, RNASeq,…) will be assets.
